I had seen Sherryns wedding photos previously as she did my friends wedding (Jess & Aaron)
The photos were breathtaking and very natural, they didn’t look forced and Jess and Aaron looked very comfortable with each other which is exactly what I wanted. This made my choice so much easier when it came to finding a wedding photographer.
Our wedding was a secret wedding, a small intimate affair with our immediate family. Sherryn kept the secret for us as she was the first person I had secured.
On the day, Sherryn was on time (which is crucial to me) easy going, relaxed and happy for us to just be ourselves. She had ideas when it came to certain photos but they weren’t ridiculous, they were us laughing and smiling and being the true dorks we are.
We had pretty average weather for our wedding day but that didn’t dampen Sherryns eye for detail for the photos. We have some stunning photos with the dark ominous clouds aswell as some stunning sunshine shots.
We were also battling the odds when it came to an influx of flies but Sherryn, like the true champ she is – spent hours photoshopping them out!
Upon showing the images to my family and friends and showcasing Sherryns talent, the photos all received the same response:
“They are amazing” “She’s such a good photographer” “This is you and Anthony naturally and Sherryn has captured that”
As a bride, I couldn’t be happier with how the images turned out! I was expecting not to love a couple of them but in all honesty, they are all amazing and usable.
I especially love the off the cuff photos that were taken of my family members that I will cherish forever.
All in all, I couldn’t speak any higher of Sherryn as a photographer, I guess the showcase of the awards that she has received has proven this.”
