Every wedding is as unique as the personalities of the Bride and Groom. The most special part, as a photographer, is capturing that uniqueness while enjoying the day and helping it progress soothly, with as much joy as possible.

With over 15 years in wedding photography, I’ve been around the block, you could say. I’ve seen my fair share of drama, beauty and love but most importantly I’ve seen photography trends come and go, have won the awards and now really don’t care about any of that. What I do care about is you, and that this is your unique and incredibly personal day. 

I really want to see you for who you are as a couple and amongst your family and friends. Yes I have the gear, the creativity, and the spark to love this gig but you guys have the courage to begin this chapter together and thats the incredible part.

CAN WE MEET YOU AND TALK?

Absolutely! I would love to meet you before you book, for coffee or even via FaceTime or Skype if you’re overseas or interstate. I love to get a feeling for who you are as a couple and get to know your personalities.

DESTINATION OR INTERNATIONAL WEDDINGS – HOW DOES THAT WORK?

I’m a traveller (as you can see), and have shot weddings in various continents around the globe. It’s easy really! I charge you less for my services (because I love the vacation that comes with it), so packages are $1600, and you get to pay for accommodation, flights and car hire (if needed), with a photographer you know you’ll get great results from!

DO YOU SHOOT ALONE?

I sure do. It’s so much easier to bring out your personalities and allow you to share the day as a couple without crowding you out with people (trust me, I’ve been there). Each wedding you see on this site is shot by myself alone. There is the odd occasion I’ll bring an assistant but the intimacy in these images is real because its just us…

HOW DO WE GO ABOUT FAMILY PHOTOS?

Ahhh not nearly as stressful as imagined. I often wrangle a brother/sister to gather those needed and you guys just get to stand and smile while we place in new people for each shot. If you’re venturing beyond siblings, parents and grandparents… maybe write a list for me to be sure we don’t miss anyone.

WHAT IF IS RAINS!?

Rain is amazing and gorgeous in photos, so relax and don’t worry about it. You’re only going to wear that dress once.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE PHOTOS BACK?

If you choose to have a social preview (blog post), they go online 1-3 days after your wedding. The remainder of your photos take about 6 weeks depending on the season. As you can well imaging I’m a  busy bee over the warmer months so by April it may be a longer wait (Sorry!)

CAN YOU RESERVE OUR WEDDING DATE WHILE WE DECIDE?

Unfortunately, no. Wedding dates are a first in best dressed kind of deal. They just don’t last and its whoever pays the deposit first.

YOU’RE PERFECT FOR US! HOW DO WE BOOK?

I’d love to get to know you both a bit before you book and make sure we’re a good match, even if its just a chat over the phone but after that it’s pretty simple. After confirming the date is available, I’ll email you through to the booking form and contract to sign, you’ll need to pay your 35% deposit and then you’re booked in!
